Howard Bailynson founded Bailynson Consulting in January 2010 to focus on the needs of the small to medium businesses. 

Howard has over 30 years of real word business experience with a Fortune 500 company. During his career he successfully Implemented National Sales and Marketing Programs, managed a Startup Business, was responsible for a $500M+ Line of Business and Developed National Strategies which focused Product Launch, Sales Coverage and Compensation. 

Helping to round out Howard’s skills, he is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Adding another level of depth and perspective he can provide to help improve your business. Six Sigma tools can help to improve process efficiency and reduce the deviation within the process. 

Having managed as few as 5 employees and having been responsible for an organization with 600 employees and over 40 managers; Bailynson Consulting has the experience to help guide you with the tough challenges in your business.

We are located in New Hampshire; and our local service area is Greater New England. We work with clients throughout the Eastern US by phone and by traveling to their location.
